Caroline Honaiser Lescano, D.Sc.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Master's degree in Environmental Science and Technology, and Doctorate in Science/Pharmacology. Currently, I am a professor at the Federal University of Amazonas.
My research interests include applying experimental tools to understand the pharmacological effects of organic molecules obtained from natural sources, mainly from the Brazilian Cerrado and Amazon Forest. I am also interested in purified, isolated, and/or commercially available drugs. Studies are developed at different model levels, such as platelet aggregation, cellular models, and in vitro and in vivo analyses.
