The SiMAp research group studies biomolecules using various approaches to evaluate their physicochemical and biological properties, primarily through molecular spectroscopy and molecular modeling. The group focuses on environmental health, assessing emerging contaminants and their impact on biochemical pathways. Its members apply experimental and theoretical tools to understand the biological behavior of molecules at different levels, including in silico, in vitro, and in vivo assays geared toward the agricultural and food sectors.
